+ Lean Design

TRO JB utilizes Lean Process techniques to assist clients in creating facilities that are efficient to operate while also providing optimal care. Our Certified Lean / Six Sigma Greenbelt staff facilitate Lean events to ensure that the building design promotes the preferred operational model. Specific Lean tools applied on past projects include Rapid Improvement Events, Future State Mapping, Performance Failure Mode Analysis, and full scale Lean 2P events.
